Super easy check in. I received a text with all the information and was able to walk straight into the room on arrival. While the décor was dated, but everything worked and was clean. There was plenty of space, with a queen bed, a 4 seat round table, couch, and well stocked kitchenette. While I didn't use them I did notice other guests using an outdoor area with BBQ and pergola. Another plus was the IGA and a bakery across the road.

- Beds were extremely comfortable, my husband and I slept well and they were more comfy than most nice hotels! - Room was very quiet and comfortable to relax in. - Lady at reception was welcoming and helpful. - Room was easy to access from the car. Ample parking. - Chilled glasses in fridge and jug of cold water provided which was nice and not usually provided at other places we've stayed. - Plenty of pillows, towels and blankets for use. - Good location across the road from IGA and other shops.

The location of the motel was easy to find and it was brilliantly positioned across the road from the local shopping plaza. There was a surprising low amount of traffic noise.

The checkin instructions were simple and clear. I found the room very comfortable, clean and a very large space. The room was serviced appropriately daily.

Non contact checkin. Excellent communication. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Perfect location for HMAS Cerberus events.

Good central location in Balnarring township. Nice spacious motel room with a large TV, decent sized fridge. Hosts even provided fresh milk for coffee/tea. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Self check in was effortless.

i liked that the owner left the key in the room for me when i got to the motel at 2.00 am, plenty of towels etc in the bathroom and adequate kitchen.

Although the decor is old, the room was very spacious and we had everything we need. We loved the contactless entrance and parking available. Across the street is a shopping area, so food etc is easily accessible.
